I have been to Quality two times now for servicing of my vehicles and will continue to be a customer. I am a very auto savvy customer and while observing the Quality operation I have been very impressed at their professionalism and attention to detail. The one thing a customer needs is confidence and a personal touch in their shop and Quality provides that. I come from a very high paced world and am used to things being done quickly,that won't happen a Quality,they take their time and see to it that the job is done right and thoroughly, so grab a magazine and enjoy the wait.

They fixed everything for my visit. did have a problem a few weeks later but the guys were great and fixed that for no cost at all. overall great business, will always take my truck there.

I was referred to the shop based on past experience from a friend. As was noted to me, I was treated well and the staff acted professional with their explanation of the problem and any further questions I had.

Everyone is so friendly at Quality and I wouldn't go to anyone else in town while I am a student at Ferris. They treated me with such respect!!
