Good quality quick service!

Quality Car and Truck Repair team did a great job assessing the issue on my pickup. They provided a worst-case and best-case scenario on the cost of the repair. I appreciated their honesty and professional ethics, as they walked me through the needed repairs. I highly recommend Quality Car and Truck Repair. They have earned my respect and my business!

Without ever having used Quality Car and Truck repair, I called them after an oil change from another provider in town. I had the oil changed and drove to gas up the vehicle but it wouldn't start. The oil place was nice enough to come to the gas station as check the codes on my vehicle. He suspected a fuel pump issue. I called Quality Car and Truck to see if they could look at it and and they said they could get it right in. I had the car towed there and they were very nice. I cannot emphasize enough how considerate everyone I dealt with there was. The next day they had confirmed it was the fule pump. Quality Car and Truck called me every day with updates even when we had to order and wait days for the part. They took pictures of the problems that needed to be addressed and anything that popped up. The communication skills that they employ with their customers are impressive.. They were prompt. Courteous. Professional. I have already recommended them to several people and I intend to give them more of my business.

Fast and efficient service at a fair price

I took my daughter and her car to Quality Car & Truck Repair to get some work done on it. She had just bought it and it needed some work. They did a thorough analysis of the work that needed to be done and explained everything in detail to her, letting her know which repairs were critical and which ones could wait. They are very professional and we felt like they were honest in their assessment and pricing. We'll be coming back for any future repairs.

Dan was extremely helpful to me in my situation, and I’m very appreciative. I had never dealt with a vehicle warranty before, and he not only explained everything to me honestly from his experiences, but he also took the initiative to communicate with the warranty company directly - I didn’t have to deal with them at all when my claim was filed. Dan also worked with my schedule in mind, and my entire experience with them was super convenient. I feel like they really went above and beyond in both customer service and in repairing my vehicle.
