Out of the blue my car started stuttering on starting up - no indication or dashboard light warning there was a problem. When I was leaving physical therapy later in the day it was noticeably harder to turn over. Afraid I would end up stranded somewhere (requiring a tow) I drove right over to Quality, told them what was going on and they immediately took it in and checked it. The battery was the problem. They found the battery was still under warranty and the replacement and labor cost me nothing! They were great! Thanks so much you guys!

My husband and I just moved to town, got this place via word of mouth, and it was great. Everyone there is down to earth and gives it to you straight. They were so efficient with getting my car on their schedule and it was back to me in only four days. I went in with issues regarding my turbo charger.

Ended up here while visiting a friend..Dan was our contact and was meant for his job of service manager.. immediately put us at ease(we are from our of town)..ended up with needing and receiving new rear brakes.. decent price,but great service..will recommend them to anyone in car repair need

I had an internal shock failure on my truck—on a set of aftermarket shocks that Quality Car and Truck Repair had installed for me back in October 2024. At first, I thought it was a minor issue, but it turned out to be a pretty serious failure that could’ve ended catastrophically, especially since I tow a giant trailer. I went back to Quality Auto and respectfully brought it up to the owner, Don. He was awesome. He sat me down and talked to me like a true professional, explaining everything clearly. I really appreciated how he handled the situation. They got my truck in that same day and had it completely fixed by 11 AM the next morning. The issue was confirmed to be an internal failure of the shocks—nothing on their end—and despite that, they didn’t charge me anything. They covered the labor, sourced the part same-day, and treated the situation with urgency and integrity. Big shoutout to Don, Andrew, and Dan for being so professional and helpful. I can’t say enough good about this place. I brought my car here after my mechanic of 19 years was unsuccessful in properly diagnosing it. I explained everything that was going on and they agreed with my husband’s Google search that it was likely from the body control module. When I tell you this car has been a puzzle for these guys for the last 3 weeks I mean, I’m not sure how they managed to keep their cool and convinced themselves to keep trying. They were well within justification to tell me to come tow it away and be done with it. I put 266k miles on this car in 9 years. It could easily have just pooped out but this is the most problems I’ve ever had with the car. Anyway, 3 weeks, calls in to GM and Chevrolet and still no answers but they didn’t give up and at the end of 3 weeks I have my car back and it drives like new! I also couldn’t believe what it ended up costing after all that trouble. I am so grateful to this repair shop and they probably just gained a new customer. I love my old mechanic but I’m not sure he can handle these new fandangled mostly electric cars.

The staff has always been courteous to me and recommended repairs have been priced reasonably without a lot of pressure for extra services.
