We love Quality and are so lucky it’s in town and close, great service and the nicest people, they are the only ones we’ll let touch our vehicles

I took my car in for a couple different reasons. The first time it was good, so I decided to bring it back. The second time I was told something entirely different than what was actually wrong with it when I asked to see what they diagnosed was wrong with it. They told me that they couldn’t show me red flags were raised so I took it somewhere else in town a more reputable shop and it turns out that that’s not even the issue. They were quoting me $300 for “rusted and broken clamps”. The front desk lady had an attitude too, and was trying to scare me and telling me that my hoses could blow off when that’s not even the case with what’s going on with it. Not impressed at all I will not be coming back.
