Quality comes through!! Since moving back to Michigan 2 years ago, Quality has taken care of the oil changes on my wife's Jeep. She has always been happy with the service and enjoys talking to them. So, recently when the brakes went out on my 1 ton dually truck. I called Dave and was able to drop it off the same day. Although at the time I wasn't in a hurry, as luck would have it, something came up and I needed my truck. After explaining what was going on, the next day Dave and Jeff went out of their way to get my truck repaired and got it back to me, in time for me to keep my customer happy. The final price of the repairs were less than estimated and they had to rush to get the job done, Great job Dave and Jeff! Thanks! More work will be coming your way!

The technicians are very knowledgeable and go above and beyond to make sure I know why they are repairing what is broken on my truck. If ambulance services and companies that deliver propane and water trust them to maintain their vehicles, who am I to argue?

I presented a challenging 2016 Land Rover engine repair. Don, Jeff, and Adam carefully and patiently tackled a complex VVT rebuild at a third of the cost of the dealership while keeping me in the loop through the process.
