I haven't been back to Quality for some time for a couple of reasons. I don't put a lot of mileage on my vehicles now and the last time I had a vehicle in I was called out to the shop floor to look at what was described as a radiator leak. The estimate was pretty high to replace the radiator so I took it to a radiator shop for a 2nd opinion. The radiator shop advised me that there was no leak and showed me how the pressure from the radiator spilled over when the cap was removed. I had them do a flush and replace hoses and they saved me a big expense. This caused me to lose confidence in your operation. My visit this week was much more professional and though there was additional work diagnosed, I concurred with what was recommended. I was thoroughly happy with the quality of the work and have regained confidence in both the shop mechanic and the staff in the office, which I noticed were different people this time.
