I really appreciate that the service manager calls me when there's a change to my estimate to make sure that's ok. Also they know what time I get out of work so they always make sure the vehicle is done and ready to go so I don't have to wait.

Prompt road side service. No overcharges. We marked them as excellent 3 years ago, and used them again this past week and they are still great!

After a long drive and camping trip, up in Michigan earlier in the week, we stopped to check on the awning on our RV at a rest area. Just as we were getting ready to leave, the engine started making a horrendous noise. I soon found out we had blown a spark plug out of the engine. The tow company informed us to use Quality Car and Truck Repair. After speaking with Quality Car and Truck Repair, the tow driver arrived and informed us he could not transport 4 adults and 2 dogs the two miles where Quality Car and Truck Repair was located. I called Quality Car and Truck Repair and explained our situation. They immediately sent a driver to pick everyone up, including our Lab and Doberman, who are not small dogs, then taking them to the shop while I stayed back with the tow driver. When I arrived at Quality Car and Truck Repair, I was amazed to see our dogs inside of the lobby passed out after having been given bowls of water and dog treats. They immediately got to work on our RV, even though the mechanic was scheduled to go home for the day right before we called. The ENTIRE STAFF made sure our family was comfortable throughout our stay and had the RV fixed within record time. Unfortunately, we rarely see this kind out customer service these days. Quality Car and Truck Repair employees went above and beyond on every level. I would recommend Quality Car and Truck Repair to anyone having issues with their vehicle, RV or for scheduled maintenance. What I thought was going to be a huge expense on repairs was very reasonable. Quality Car and Truck Repair was our savior that day and we will never forget how well we were treated. Our dogs give them 2 paws up as well. I rarely write reviews on anything; however the customer service was so outstanding at Quality Car and Truck Repair that I felt it would be an injustice not to let people know. Great job guys and hope to see you on the next trip up through Michigan, hopefully only to say Hi this time...

I am moving back to Big Rapids after 45 years away. I asked my trusted local mechanic who he would recommend in BR and he immediate said Quality Car and Truck. I called and explained my situation and Don worked hard to get me in before the weekend as I needed the truck for moving. Even though I was late for my Friday p.m. appointment due to unexpected reasons, they still took me 45 min late and worked to first tell me what the problem was, and then solved it. While waiting, I learned about the history of Quality Car and Truck Repair. When we talk about the heart and soul of small business in the USA, this is the kind of place we are talking about. The owner is comitted to his company and his employees and works hard to keep each and every customer happy. My first experience with them was great, and I fully expect every future one will be as well.

These guys are all you will need. They'll help you out in a pinch. They'll take care of your maintenance. They take care of all of major repairs. And trust me I have plenty of all of the above. I moved up from Barry county to lake county and needed some work done and just luckily called them. They've taken care of me ever since. Their prices are fair and their work is good.
