I am happy that your shop was able to diagnose the problem with my car and that it was repaired properly/well. Your staff is very courteous. The reason I didn't give 5 stars was because repairs took longer than I had hoped for. I realize that it was the holiday season and one of your staff members apologized stating that the reason for the delay had to do with repairing ambulances -- which at the end of the day, is far more important than private car repairs.

I needed several things replaced, and they told me up front what those things were going to be, so I was expecting that. However, upon completion of services, I was told there "may" be another problem that would need to be fixed in the near future. I would think that after spending several thousand dollars in repairs, they would have the courtesy to check this supposed near-future problem at no charge. It's not a deal breaker, of course. But I was disappointed that it was more business and less personal.
