As always, service was courteous, complete, and timely.

Each person at Quality car and truck took great care of me, treated me with dignity, in this process I was asked if I liked the work...I said yes. Tim ( the front desk man) always sneers my questions in a way I can understand. I will keep bringing my vehicle to them.

We had a blow out on our rented RV. They fixed us right up. Glad we were close by.

I and 9 other ladies were on a mom's retreat weekend vacation from Kalkaska to Peoria. We were just north of Big Rapids when we blew a tire. Luckily some of us had AAA insurance. The van we borrowed from a fellow church in Kalkaska and all 10 of us ladies were taken to Quality Car & Truck. The owner and all the gentlemen working there were so hospitable and fixed the van in such a timely manner. Us ladies were provided a lounge area to rest with coffee, tv, WiFi....it was lovely!! Thank you so much!!!☺

I depend on Quality Car & Truck Repair to maintain my cars. Am confident that they will provide the appropriate service, in a timely fashion, at a reasonable price. Have never had reason to conclude otherwise. They are a friendly group, as well, and, they give me a ride to/from my workplace while working on the cars.

We were treated so well! First of all. They listened to us to understand the problem. Then they tested what our concerns were to confirm. Danial, the main mechanic we dealt with was such a sweetheart (yes, I'm female). He was friendly, a great communicator and really concerned about helping us and getting us back on the road.We live in ab RV and our A/c failed us. Tim allowed us to spend our night there plugged into their power, while waiting for parts. To top it off, we had asked them to look at a few other mice concerns that we had but they found nothing and didn't charge us for the time.! These guys were so great, I can't express my gratitude in words for all they did. Bottom line is, they cared. And for me they showed it and that counts!

Got the oil change done and all work seems to have been completed correctly.

Excellent, provided a thorough inspection, feedback and suggestions on recommended car repair. Once repairs began the service team communicated effectively on time of repair and set expectations for completion of service. I felt price was fair and competitive and I trust this team with my car repairs in the future. Hailey's Father....
