Quality Auto has always been my "go to" automotive service and repair shop for the last two years. Every employee is friendly and wants to provide you the best service at a reasonable price. The $18 semi-synthetic full service oil change cannot be beat anywhere in the Big Rapids area. At the end of last summer, during a routine oil change, the technician found a major problem developing that needed to be fixed. I doubt this would have been even thought of at other oil change places.

I was very pleased with the service I received at Quality Car & Truck Repair. As a first time customer, I was hesitant to use a new repair shop. This place of business exceeded my expectations. The mechanics and service representatives were extremely helpful, even making calls to suppliers to inquire if there was any warranty on my faulty car parts. I will definitely suggest my friends utilize this place of business for their vehicle needs.

The noise in my steering wheel is still there. But since it's not something to worry about, I will let you look at it again when I come in for my next oil change.
