I got done what I needed to get done in a professional way - and with courtesy.

We were on our way to Illinois from Kalkaska Michigan and we had a tire blow just outside of Big Rapids . AAA recommended this place and also gave a discount. Everyone here was very very nice! And did their best to get us back on the road.

Work seems completed correctly and vehicle is running very smoothly. All new faces from 2-3 months ago, but same service. Had extra work I planned to complete in 1-2 months done in the service completed since the shop was not busy at all (never seen it like this either).

Got the routine services needed and seem to have been performed with excellence. Got a shock when I learned the brakes that another facility had certified good when the truck was purchased (used) around 1,100 miles ago need replacing. Shows you better know your service facility to take their word (and I did not know the facility in another town). The AAA certification Quality Car & Truck has gives me the confidence they can be trusted and will provide quality workmanship. I'm also a AAA member so this is important to me as a customer living in a new area, when my 2015 Jeep beyond the 3-36 warranty it will also be getting serviced at Quality Car & Truck repair.

Huge thank you to this shop for taking car of my wife and our 3 little boys (age 5 and under). They broke down near Big Rapids while driving home from vacation, 1 hour away from home, at 3:30pm on a Friday afternoon. This shop graciously took care of my family, and got our van all fixed before they closed at 5:30pm. Breaking down while on vacation is the worst, but I was sure happy that my family was well taken of while in a difficult spot. Thanks!
