I needed several things replaced, and they told me up front what those things were going to be, so I was expecting that. However, upon completion of services, I was told there "may" be another problem that would need to be fixed in the near future. I would think that after spending several thousand dollars in repairs, they would have the courtesy to check this supposed near-future problem at no charge. It's not a deal breaker, of course. But I was disappointed that it was more business and less personal.
