When I moved up to big rapids for school I relied on online reviews to help me find an honest place to get my oil changed. After meeting the staff, being informed and advised on every job I've had done on my 15 year old car, and being treated so well by everyone there I know I made the right choice every time. Everyone at Quality is so wonderful! This time Tim fit us in last minute for an oil change because he knew our big road trip this weekend was important to us and wanted us to be safe. Rob helped us with the oil change and was professional and even thought to adjust our license plate which was falling off and we didn't even notice.
