As always I was treated great. The work got done when promised and Joe and Chris were courteous and considerate in every way. They helped me work the repairs around my work schedule and provided me with a loaner car to make things easier on me. I wouldn't dream of going anywhere else because I trust these guys.

The greatest repair place we could ask for. Our car broke down on the way to go camping, stranding us in Big Rapids, and this was the place that we went to.At first glance, it was clean and professional, with all kinds of cars being worked on (including an ambulance, which made us trust them). They were incredibly nice and checked out our car on the spot. Turns out it was a big repair so we were stuck for the night. They called all of the local hotels to find a pet friendly one and got us a discount at Holiday Inn (saved us $50). Then drove us to the hotel. They let us know what was going on every step of the way and, when it was ready, came and picked us up.Bottom line: affordable rates and incredible service. They were life savers!
