Patient, professional, prompt... We have had 3 foreign vehicles serviced with Quality and we expect to make it our vehicles second home. Tim and Chris are great to work with. We have been very satisfied with our experiences.

I haven't been back to Quality for some time for a couple of reasons. I don't put a lot of mileage on my vehicles now and the last time I had a vehicle in I was called out to the shop floor to look at what was described as a radiator leak. The estimate was pretty high to replace the radiator so I took it to a radiator shop for a 2nd opinion. The radiator shop advised me that there was no leak and showed me how the pressure from the radiator spilled over when the cap was removed. I had them do a flush and replace hoses and they saved me a big expense. This caused me to lose confidence in your operation. My visit this week was much more professional and though there was additional work diagnosed, I concurred with what was recommended. I was thoroughly happy with the quality of the work and have regained confidence in both the shop mechanic and the staff in the office, which I noticed were different people this time.

It's great to feel comfortable in sending my wife to get the oil changed or repaired in a vehicle and know that she won't be "pushed" into any "unneeded extras" and that she feels comfortable with the staff there.Thanks guys!
