I needed several things replaced, and they told me up front what those things were going to be, so I was expecting that. However, upon completion of services, I was told there "may" be another problem that would need to be fixed in the near future. I would think that after spending several thousand dollars in repairs, they would have the courtesy to check this supposed near-future problem at no charge. It's not a deal breaker, of course. But I was disappointed that it was more business and less personal.

I am always pleased with how quickly my car is fixed and ready for me to pick up. The employees at Quality Car and Truck are very good at following up with me on anything I need done with my car and always help answer my questions. Since I am not from Big Rapids I had to find a business that I trusted to take care of my car, and I am glad that I went and continue to go to Quality Car and Truck.

Came in to see what was making noise and wobbling sound. They were through in their investigation and pointed out potential problems as well as the main problem (which were worn uneven tires). They gave me a loaner car and worked on other minor issues because I couldn't afford 4 tires just now. They were great and I recommend them for value and service.

I was in an emergency and couldn't drive my car!! I was able to drop it off and everything was done on it the next day!!

I was able to wait for my oil change and work on my laptop. It turns out I had virtual squirrel's nest in one of the air filters - they were very helpful and got me in and out of there quickly.

Chris was very considerate, courteous and informative about my repairs. He helped to work around my crazy work schedule and provided me with a loaner so that I would not have to waste my time off or miss any work. I believe the work is done properly and faith that you will stand behind any problems if I were to have them. I felt like I was dealing with a friend and not a company.
